This event is for persons age 21+.

ALL PROCEEDS BENEFIT THE 2026 MISSION AND MINISTRY OF PARK RIDGE COMMUNITY CHURCH.

Beverages: Special “Carnival Margarita”, Wine, Beer, Soda, Coffee

Appetizers: Mango & Plantain Empanada* and Cajun Meatballs

Entrees: Panko Encrusted Pork Loin and Shrimp Skewers,* Vegan Latin Jambalaya*

Sides: Mixed Salad,* Mixed Vegetable*

Desserts: Voluptuous Bars, Banana Cream Pudding Shooters, Cheesecake

  • $100 per Ticket                                              $5 per drink ticket (pre-purchase)

    $750 for a Table of 8 persons

    $50 After Dinner Ticket

  • NEW THIS YEAR - Our Silent Auction is hosted online. The bidding has begun. PLEASE NOTE: In order to avoid paying an additional fee, on the check out page (Help keep Zeffy free...) please click the default 15%; select "Other"; and then input $0.  The amount of your purchase BEYOND actual value is tax deductible. Silent Auction will close at 10 pm on Feb. 28. You do not have to be present to win.

  • New this year! There will be a 10 person Poker Tournament from 8:30-10 pm in the Casino area.  Each person will pay $100 to buy in, receiving $10k chips. To purchase more chips $50 will get you $5k chips.  Winner receives a trophy, bragging rights and a special prize!

  • We are in need of sponsors to help support this event! Sponsors will be listed on our website, facebook, and in the printed program.  Various levels of support available Bronze - Platinum+ ($99-1000+).
