Currently seeking a Part-Time Parish Coordinator/Office Manager

M-F from 9 am - 3 pm

Job Summary/ Purpose:

The Parish Coordinator coordinates major publications on behalf of the church, answers phones, relates to church membership, and manages the church office and building use.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Basic office needs such as answering telephone, printing, filing, etc.

  • Coordinating congregation wide communications such as weekly bulletins, emails, mailings, and social media, website and webmaster. 

  • Scheduling and regulating all room use for the building and online meetings.

  • Overseeing custodial team and office volunteers.

  • Support Pastoral staff in coordinating/scheduling weddings and memorials. (Including collection of payments)

  • Maintaining all church records such as membership, memorial gifts, confirmation, etc.

  • Scheduling of vendors and contract services.

  • Working directly with the board of Trustees for building needs.

  • Maintaining all supplies for kitchen, office, worship, and janitorial use.

  • Oversee accounts payable for church

  • Maintain all staff files including annual reviews.

  • Provides administrative support to Membership and Committees

  • Provides Administrative support to Ministers. 

  • Communication of current safety policies and practices to members and guests. 

  • Webmaster
