People of all ages can drop in for a yoga class suitable to their experience and health. Each class, led by instructor Cindy Klimmeck, provides an hour and 15 minutes of light exercise, relaxation and reflection.
At each class, those attending are encouraged, but not required, to give at least a $5 donation, or $2 if they are seniors. The donation is directed to different not-for-profit organizations. Every eight weeks, a new and different recipient group is selected by participants.
In 10 plus years of classes, Cindy's yogis have contributed more than $80,000, distributed to 55 different local and international charities.
All classes are located in the Great Hall, accessible from the Butler Ave entrance.
