Adult Ed & Fellowship

Wednesday Night

Lent Bible Study

Wednesdays @ 7:30 pm, Ellinger Transept

Victor Hugo’s Les Misérables is a truly epic story. Throughout Lent, we will dive into six ideals found in the story—grace, justice, poverty, revolution, love, and hope—each represented by a character in Hugo’s story. As these imperfect and relatable characters interact, we can see how these ideals work together (perhaps even in spite of each other) out in the world.

Illinois Holocaust Museum Trip

Saturday, April 15th

10:00 am - 12:30 pm

$15/adult, $10/youth 12-18

The Social Justice Team invites you to attend a private tour of the exhibit The Negro Motorist Green Book at the Illinois Holocaust Museum. This exhibit documents the peril of travel for Black Americans during the 20th century and the strategies and innovations they employed to remain safe while on the road. We'll enjoy a docent-led tour and then have time to reflect on and discuss the exhibit in a private room.  Payment can be submitted to the PRCC office via cash, check, or online giving. Please indicate "Museum Tour" in the memo.
