WHAT: The Annual meeting is where the church members (and guests) will hear reports on the state of the church, a report from the Trustees, a report on our Finances including this year’s budget; and receive written reports from every ministry area, sharing ministry highlights from the last year and goals for the year ahead. The Nominating Committee will present a slate of candidates nominated for key leadership positions, and the members will vote on these persons. The recipients of the Second Mile Award and the Eric Nelson scholarship will be announced. Any other church business or questions may be brought before the congregation. QUORUM: For the purpose of an annual meeting, a quorum of 50 members must be present. FOOD: Following the business meeting, all are invited to share in a communal meal in Jordan Hall as a way of continuing the celebration of all that God has done through the ministries of PRCC and all that lies ahead!
