People of all ages can drop in for a yoga class suitable to their experience and health. Mondays, led by instructor Grace Curtis, Tuesdays are lead by Cindy Klimmeck,  each practice provides an hour and 15 minutes of light exercise, relaxation and reflection.


At each class, those attending are encouraged, but not required, to give at least a $5 donation, or $2 if they are seniors. The donation is directed to different not-for-profit organizations. Every eight weeks, a new and different recipient group is selected by participants.

In 10 plus years of classes, Cindy's yogis have contributed more than $80,000, distributed to 55 different local and international charities.


All classes are located in the Great Hall, accessible from the Butler Ave entrance.

Chair Yoga with Cindy

Chair Yoga is a gentle, mindful movement practice done seated and standing with the support of a chair. The class focuses on improving flexibility, strength, balance, and circulation while honoring your body’s limits. Through slow, intentional movements, breath awareness, and simple stretches, you’ll release tension, build confidence in your body, and leave feeling more relaxed and energized. This practice is ideal for beginners, seniors, those recovering from injury, or anyone looking for a low-impact way to move and unwind.
